Terms and conditions

• Promotion period is valid from 1 June 2024 to 31 December 2026. 
• Payment must be charged using Citi Credit / Debit Card 
• Reservation must be made at least 24 hours prior to departure (48 hours for rentals in Asia). 
• Minimum rental age applies and all drivers must be in the possession of a valid driver's license, which must be held for at least 1 year prior to pick-up date (2 years for rentals in Hong Kong). 
• Limited to one offer per rental. 
• Quote CDP# 2129956 at time of booking. 
• To enjoy this offer, enter applicable CDP# and PC# during reservation. Note the relevant offer CDP# and PC# will be automatically populated on the booking page. 
• Valid Singapore-issued Citibank Credit or Debit Card must be presented during car pick-up and for payment. 
• Offer is applicable to Singapore issued Citibank Credit Cards only. 
• Offer is valid for bookings and pick-ups till 31 December 2026 for self-drive rentals on affordable rates (leisure retail rates) at participating locations in USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Europe (Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Spain Mainland and UK) and Asia (Brunei, Cambodia, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Pakistan, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Sri Lanka, Taiwan, Thailand and Vietnam). 
• Offer is subject to a minimum 1 day rental. - Offer is valid on all standard car groups excluding Hertz Collections. 
• Modifying your reservation may result in a change in your rate and/or invalidate this offer. 
• Blackout dates and Hertz standard rental terms and conditions apply. 
• This offer has no cash value, may not be used with tour rates or insurance/dealer replacement rates and cannot be combined with any other certificate, voucher, offer or promotion. 
• Offer applies to time and mileage charges only, and does not apply to taxes, fees and optional services. 
• Citibank shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or the fitness for any purpose or any other aspect of the products and/or services provided by third parties and Citibank shall not at any time be responsible or held liable for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered by or in connection with the products and/or services provided by third parties. All disputes about quality or performance of the products and/or services shall be resolved directly with Hertz. 
• Citibank and Hertz reserve the right, at their reasonable discretion, to vary, add to or delete the Promotion terms and/or terminate this promotion at any time.
