Terms and conditions

• Promotion is valid from 1 July 2026 to 31 August 2026, both dates inclusive.
• Payment must be charged to a Citi Credit or Citibank Debit Card.
• Valid only in-stores and not applicable for online transactions.
• Limited to 1 redemption per transaction per customer only.
• Limited to the first 300 redemptions.
• Valid only for purchases of LG Electrical Appliances.
• Not valid in conjunction with other promotions unless otherwise stated.
• Promotion is valid only for full payment transactions and not valid for Instalment Payments
• Citi’s and Harvey Norman’s decision on all matters relating to the Promotion will be determined at their reasonable discretion and is final and binding on all participants.
• Citi shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or the fitness for any purpose or any other aspect of the products and/or services provided by third parties and Citi shall not at any time be responsible or held liable for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered by or in connection with the products and/or services provided by third parties. 
• All disputes about quality or performance of the products and/or services shall be resolved directly with Harvey Norman.
• Citi and Harvey Norman reserve the right, at their reasonable discretion, to vary, add to or delete the Promotion terms and/or terminate the Promotion at any time.
• “Citi” refers to Citibank Singapore Limited and “Harvey Norman” refers to Pertama Merchandising Pte Ltd
