Terms and conditions

•     Promotion is valid from 2 July 2026 to 31 August 2026, both dates inclusive. 
•     Payment must be charged to a Citi Credit or Citibank Debit Card.
•     Not valid for use with e-wallets. 
•     Promotion is valid only for full payment transactions and not valid for Instalment Payments 
•     Not valid in conjunction with other promotions unless otherwise stated 
•     Limited to 1 redemption per transaction only.
•     Citi’s and Dyson’s decision on all matters relating to the Promotion will be determined at their reasonable discretion and is final and binding on all participants.
•     Citi shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or the fitness for any purpose or any other aspect of the products and/or services provided by third parties and Citi shall not at any time be responsible or held liable for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered by or in connection with the products and/or services provided by third parties. All disputes about quality or performance of the products and/or services shall be resolved directly with Dyson.
•     Citi and Dyson reserve the right, at their reasonable discretion, to vary, add to or delete the Promotion terms and/or terminate the Promotion at any time.
•     “Citi” refers to Citibank Singapore Limited and “Dyson” refers to Dyson Singapore Pte Ltd.
