Terms and conditions

• Promotion period is from 1st May 2026 to 31st Dec 2026 (both days inclusive), unless otherwise stated 
• Full payment must be charged using Citi Card 
• Discount is applicable to Citi Cardholders only and Citi Card must be presented at point of payment. 
• Promotion will be fulfilled by Bbyeol when cardmembers use Citi Cards during purchase. 
• Promotion not eligible for Purchasing Card / Citi Travel Lodge Card / Citi Travel Account. 
• Promotion is only valid for in-store purchases only. 
• Promotion is applicable to full payment transactions only and not valid for Instalment Payments. 
• Promotion not eligible for use with e-wallets. 
• Promotion is not transferable, non-refundable and exchangeable for cash 
• Promotion is not stackable and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions, privileges or discounts 
• Ruhens reserves the right to change the terms and conditions without prior notice 
• Citibank's decision on all matters relating to the Promotion will be determined in its reasonable discretion and is final and binding on all participants 
• Citibank shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or the fitness for any purpose or any other aspect of the products and/or services provided by third parties. 
• Citibank shall not at any time be responsible or held liable for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered by or in connection with the products and/or services provided by third parties. All disputes about quality or performance of the products and/or services shall be resolved directly with Bbyeol. 
• Citibank and Bbyeol reserve the right, at their reasonable discretion, to vary, add to or delete the Promotion terms and/or terminate the Promotion at any time. 
• "Citibank" refers to Citibank Singapore Limited and “Bbyeol " refers to Home Hedge Pte Ltd.
