Terms and conditions

• Promo is valid from 13 May 2026 to 30 December 2026, both dates inclusive. 
• Payment to be charged to Citi Credit and Citibank Debit Card to enjoy the promo. 
• Promotion is not applicable on the eve of public holidays, public holidays and special occasions unless otherwise stated. 
• 1-for-1 promotion is applicable to adult diners. 
• 50% off promotion is applicable to seniors aged 55 years old and above. 
• Promotion is valid for Hong Kong Kitchen Lunch Buffet (Monday to Sunday) and Hong Kong Seafood Dinner Buffet (Thursday to Saturday). 
• Not valid in conjunction with other promotions, offers, privileges and/or vouchers. 
• Buffet items are on a rotational basis and subject to change. 
• All prices are in Singapore dollars, subject to a 10% service charge and prevailing government taxes. Other terms and conditions apply. 
• Citibank's and Carlton Hotel Singapore’s decision on all matters relating to the Promotion will be determined at its reasonable discretion and is final and binding on all participants. 
• Citibank shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or the fitness for any purpose or any other aspect of the products and/or services provided by third parties and Citibank shall not at any time be responsible or held liable for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered by or in connection with the products and/or services provided by third parties. 
• All disputes about quality or performance of the product and/or services shall be resolved directly with Carlton Hotel Singapore. 
• Citibank and Carlton Hotel Singapore reserve the right, at their reasonable discretion, to vary, add to or delete the Promotion terms and/or terminate the Promotion. 
• "Citibank" refers to Citibank Singapore Limited. The terms “Café Mosaic” and "Carlton Hotel Singapore” refer to Carlton Hotel (Singapore) Pte Ltd.
