Terms and conditions

• Valid from 16 September 2026 to 31 August 2027, both days inclusive. 
• Payment must be charged using Citi Credit / Citibank Debit Card.  
• Prior reservation of 3 days must be made via restaurant reservations at 6434 5288, or email at rc.sinrz.restaurantreservations@ritzcarlton.com
• Lunch promo is valid for All-day dining menu only
• Not valid for Set Menu, Champange Package, or in conjunction with other offers, promotions and discount.
• The Ritz Lounge Afternoon Tea is from 3pm to 5pm.
• The Ritz Lounge Afternoon Tea pricing may vary depending on public holidays or any special offers.
• Blackout dates applied - Eve of Public Holidays, Public Holidays, Lunar New Year events, Valentines’ Day, Easter Day, Secretaries’ Week, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, National Day, Formula 1, and other special events.
• Blackout dates for Festive season for 2026 – 6 Nov 2026 to 4 Jan 2027.
• Citibank's and The Ritz-Carlton, Millenia Singapore’s decision on all matters relating to the Promotion will be determined at its reasonable discretion and is final and binding on all participants.
• Citibank shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or the fitness for any purpose or any other aspect of the products and/or services provided by third parties and Citibank shall not at any time be responsible or held liable for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered by or in connection with the products and/or services provided by third parties. All disputes about quality or performance of the products and/or services shall be resolved directly with The Ritz-Carlton, Millenia Singapore.
