Terms and conditions

•  Valid for bookings and stays from 18 March 2026 to 31 December 2026, both dates inclusive 
•  Payment must be made using a Citi Credit or Citibank Debit Card to enjoy the promotion. 
•  If payment is not made with a Citi Card, the discounted rate and privileges will not apply. 
•  Promo includes daily breakfast for two persons, and one bottle of wine upon arrival. 
•  Bookings must be made through the dedicated promotion landing page. 
•  Rates displayed on the landing page are already discounted under this promotion. 
•  Blackout dates apply and are subject to change at the discretion of the hotel. 
•  Reservations must be guaranteed with a valid Citi Credit or Citibank Debit Card. 
•  The same card must be presented upon check-in for verification and payment. 
•  Amendments and cancellations are subject to the hotel’s guarantee and cancellation policies. 
•  The Garcha Group reserves the right of final interpretation of these policies. 
•  This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions, discounts, offers, vouchers, or third-party bookings, including online travel agents and corporate rates. 
•  All rates are subject to 10% service charge and prevailing government taxes. 
•  The Garcha Group’s decision on all matters relating to this promotion shall be final and binding. 
•  Citibank's and The Garcha Group’s decision on all matters relating to the Promotion will be determined at its reasonable discretion and is final and binding on all participants. 
•  Citibank shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or the fitness for any purpose or any other aspect of the products and/or services provided by third parties and Citibank shall not at any time be responsible or held liable for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered by or in connection with the products and/or services provided by third parties. All disputes about quality or performance of the product and/or services shall be resolved directly with The Garcha Group.
