Terms and conditions

• Promo is valid for stays from 17 March 2026 to 30 December 2026, both dates inclusive.
• Payment must be charged using Citi Credit / Citibank Debit Card. 
• Blackout dates: 8 – 11 October 2026.

• For the F&B credit, it is applicable for a la carte menus only at hotel-operated restaurants (except Min Jiang Dempsey) – Coffee Lounge, Gordon Grill, L’Espresso and Min Jiang (at the Hotel). Not valid for Min Jiang Dempsey, The Deli, Room service, with other promotions, discounts and vouchers, unless otherwise stated. Splitting or combining of bills not allowed. 
• The Hotel reserves the right to include additional high demand / black-out dates according to occupancy and seasonality without prior notice.
• Citibank's and Goodwood Park Hotel’s decision on all matters relating to the Promotion will be determined at its reasonable discretion and is final and binding on all participants. 
• Citibank shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or the fitness for any purpose or any other aspect of the products and/or services provided by third parties and 
• Citibank shall not at any time be responsible or held liable for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered by or in connection with the products and/or services provided by third parties. 
• All disputes about quality or performance of the product and/or services shall be resolved directly with Goodwood Park Hotel. 
• Citibank and Goodwood Park Hotel reserve the right, at their reasonable discretion, to vary, add to or delete the Promotion terms and/or terminate the Promotion. 
• "Citibank" refers to Citibank Singapore Limited. The terms “Goodwood Park Hotel”, “Coffee Lounge”, “L’Espresso”, “Gordon Grill”, “Min Jiang” and “Min Jiang Dempsey” refer to Goodwood Park Hotel Pte Ltd.
