Terms and conditions

• Promotion is valid from 13 May until 30 Sep 2026.
• Pay with Citi Mastercard to enjoy the promotion.
• Full Payment required: The full payment for the cruise fare must be made using any Mastercard card issued in the Territory. Full Payment shall mean all the amounts due to Merchant for a booking, including without limitation, cruise fare, all applicable taxes or other governmental or quasi-governmental fees, any applicable fuel surcharges, all other expenses incurred for additional services.
• Minimum stay: 3 nights or longer.
• Eligible vessels and departure port: The discount is only available for bookings on Spectrum of the Seas, Navigator of the Seas, and Quantum of the Seas with initial departure port from Singapore, Shanghai, Hong Kong or Tokyo.
• Promotion Period: 19 January to 30 September 2026. 
• Sailing Window: Subject to the Blackout Dates and availability at the time of booking, only the following departure dates shall be eligible for the discount: 
  • Spectrum of the Seas sailings departing between 2 April 2026 to 23 April 2027 
  • Navigator of the Seas sailing departing between 29 October 2026 to 28 March 2027
  • Quantum of the Seas departing between 25 October 2027 to 24 March 2028
• Booking Window: Only valid on new bookings made and confirmed between 19 January to 30 September 2026 Territory: This benefit is only valid for Mastercard cards issued in the following countries (the “Territory”): 
  • North Asia: Japan, South Korea, Taiwan
  • South Asia: India, Sri Lank
  • Southeast Asia: Brunei, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam
• Blackout Dates: This is where the Sailing Window is not available for the discount and includes the following dates:
  • Spectrum of the Seas: 14 February 2026, 18 February 2026, 01 May 2026, 01 October 2026, 20 December 2026, 29 December 2026, 06 February 2027, 10 February 2027 and any chartered sailings.
  • Navigator of the Seas: 24 December 2026, 28 December 2026, 04 February 2027, 08 February 2027 and any chartered sailings.
  • Quantum of the Seas: 24 December 2027, 29 December 2027, 24 January 2028, 28 January 2028 and any chartered sailings.
• The discount is combinable with Kids Sail Free, Flash Sales, Crown and Anchor Society (CAS) and brand offer.
• Booking Channels: The booking must be made through any of the following channels:
  • Call Centre, SGP Direct Retail & Corporate.
  • All IRs, PSRs, selected travel agencies (as shown in Annex A). 
• Merchant shall have the right at any time during Promotion Period to remove any of the travel agencies listed in Annex A from being eligible to participate in this promotion.
• This Promotion is not available for Group Bookings (as defined under the Merchant’s policies).
• Booking and Cancellation Terms & Conditions: All bookings are subject to Merchant’s General T&Cs, which contains important information including, but not limited to, cancellation charges, applicable passport and visa requirements, guest conduct policy and specific advice relating to minors, and information for guests who are pregnant and those that may have medical conditions. • Citibank's and Royal Caribbean Cruises’s decision on all matters relating to the Promotion will be determined at its reasonable discretion and is final and binding on all participants.
• Citibank shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or the fitness for any purpose or any other aspect of the products and/or services provided by third parties and Citibank shall not at any time be responsible or held liable for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered by or in connection with the products and/or services provided by third parties. All disputes about quality or performance of the product and/or services shall be resolved directly with Royal Caribbean Cruises.
• Citibank and Royal Caribbean Cruises reserve the right, at their reasonable discretion, to vary, add to or delete the Promotion terms and/or terminate the Promotion.
