Terms and conditions

• Promotion period is valid from 1 January 2026 to 31 December 2026. 
• Payment must be charged using Citi Credit / Debit Card. 
• Complimentary book is valid only on the day of flight or from office. Booking number is required for verification. While stocks lasts. For more information, contact Druk Asia for more information. 
• Promo codes are exclusively for the original passenger and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit. 
• Any changes or cancellations to bookings must be made in accordance with the specific cancellation policy of Druk Asia. 
• The promo is not valid in conjunction with any other promotions. 
• Citibank's and Druk Asia decision on all matters relating to the Promotion will be determined at its reasonable discretion and is final and binding on all participants. 
• Citibank shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or the fitness for any purpose or any other aspect of the products and/or services provided by third parties and Citibank shall not at any time be responsible or held liable for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered by or in connection with the products and/or services provided by third parties. All disputes about quality or performance of the products and/or services shall be resolved directly with Druk Asia. 
• Citibank and Druk Asia reserve the right, at their reasonable discretion, to vary, add to or delete the Promotion terms and/or terminate the Promotion at any time. In addition and without prejudice to the foregoing, Jetpac reserves the rights to amend their fares, and terms and conditions relating to their sale of flights/packages without prior notice.
