Terms and conditions

• Promotion period is from 1 January to 31 December 2026. 
• Payment must be charged using Citi Mastercard Credit / Debit Card. 
• To be eligible for the Promotion, a Citi Cardmember who keys in his/her Singapore-issued Citi Mastercard Credit / Debit Card details who sees the discount reflected at payment summary and charges to the corresponding Citi Mastercard Credit / Debit Card at checkout, will enjoy the discount off his/her booking(s) in eligible destinations only. 
• Promotion platform: Trip.com.com app (English Singapore version). 
• Prices are correct at time of publication and are subject to availability and change. Please refer to actual prices, terms and conditions displayed on the final booking page. 
• Airlines reserve the right to adjust prices and control seat availability according to sales situation. Final fare based on airline's actual sale price. Seat availability subject to airlines. 
• Redemptions (upon a successful booking) are based on first-come, first-served basis, valid for limited checkouts only. 
• Users must sign up for a Trip.com account to be able to use the promo code. 
• Valid for 2-time usage per account during the promo period. Not exchangeable for cash. 
• The qualifying and participating cardholders are bound by the terms and conditions of Trip.com and Citibank Singapore. All bookings through the Promotion landing page must be made in accordance with Trip.com’s terms of use. Trip.com does not guarantee uninterrupted services of the Promotion landing page. 
• Citibank's, Mastercard’s and Trip.com’s decision on all matters relating to the Promotion will be determined at its reasonable discretion and is final and binding on all participants. 
• Citibank and Mastercard shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or the fitness for any purpose or any other aspect of the products and/or services provided by third parties and Citibank shall not at any time be responsible or held liable for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered by or in connection with the products and/or services provided by third parties. All disputes about quality or performance of the products and/or services shall be resolved directly with Trip.com. 
• Citibank, Mastercard and Trip.com reserve the right, at their reasonable discretion, to vary, add to or delete the Promotion terms and/or terminate the Promotion at any time. In addition and without prejudice to the foregoing, Trip.com reserves the rights to amend their fares, and terms and conditions relating to their sale of flights/packages without prior notice. 
• "Citibank" refers to Citibank Singapore Limited, “Mastercard” refers to “Mastercard Asia/Pacific Pte Ltd” and “Trip.com” refers to Trip.com Travel Singapore Pte Ltd.
