Terms and conditions

• Promotion period is valid from 1 September to 30 September 2026.
• Payment must be charged using Citi Mastercard Credit Card or Citibank Mastercard Debit Card.
• "SEP26CITISAVE" entitles users to S$60 off with a minimum spend of S$500 and is valid from 1-9 Sep 2026 or until fully utilised, whichever is earlier.
• "SEP26CITIVIP" entitles users to S$80 off with a minimum spend of S$700 and is valid on 9 Sep 2026 only or until fully utilised, whichever is earlier.
• "SEP26CITINEW, "SEP26CITIPLUS" and "SEP26CITIREF" entitle users to $40 off with a minimum spend of S$400 and are respectively valid from 11-17 Sep, 18-24 Sep and 25-30 Sep or until fully utilised, whichever is earlier.
• Discount will be applied on the final price and displayed on the payment page if promotion code is successfully applied. No discount will be given if promotion code fails to apply.
• This promotion is valid only for Singapore users with a Singapore phone number and residence only.
• This promotion is valid only for bookings made via Klook’s website and mobile app, excluding listings on third-party platforms (Agoda, Booking.com, Hotels.com).
• This promotion does not apply to Stay+Bundle, Pay at Pickup for Car Rentals, Travel Insurance, and products in the Non-Applicable List.
• This promotion is not valid for mobile payments (Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay).
• Prices listed may be subject to service charge and prevailing government taxes where applicable.
• Privileges cannot be exchanged for cash or used in conjunction with other promotional programmes, offers, discount cards, vouchers or VIP privileges unless otherwise stated.
• Klook reserves the right to require payment of fees or charges for any Services offered by Klook.
• You shall pay all applicable fees or charges, as described on this Website in connection with such Services selected by you.
• Klook reserves the right to change its price list for fees or charges at any time, upon notice to you, which may be sent to you by email or posted on this Website.
• Your use (or continued use) of the Services offered by Klook following such notification constitutes your acceptance of any new or revised fees or charges.
• Klook supports payments in different currencies and rates can be converted into different currencies for your convenience.
• Activity rates indicated in a certain currency are at a rate determined by Klook, estimated using market spot rates.
• Payment currency will be clearly indicated at time of payment.
• Some credit cards may charge additional fees in handling certain currencies, please consult with your credit card issuer if additional charges will apply to your transaction.
• Klook reserves the right to suspend, cancel or modify the promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Citibank's, Mastercard’s and Klook’s decision on all matters relating to the Promotion will be determined at its reasonable discretion and is final and binding on all participants.
• Citibank and Mastercard shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or the fitness for any purpose or any other aspect of the products and/or services provided by third parties and Citibank shall not at any time be responsible or held liable for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered by or in connection with the products and/or services provided by third parties. All disputes about quality or performance of the products and/or services shall be resolved directly with Klook.
• Citibank, Mastercard and Klook reserve the right, at their reasonable discretion, to vary, add to or delete the Promotion terms and/or terminate the Promotion at any time.
• "Citibank" refers to Citibank Singapore Limited, “Mastercard” refers to “Mastercard Asia/Pacific Pte Ltd” and “Klook” refers to Klook Travel Technology Limited.
