Terms and conditions

• Limited redemptions to be utilised from 1 August to 31 December 2026 on a first come first serve basis.
• Payment must be charged using Citi Mastercard Credit/Debit Card.
• Promotion not eligible for Purchasing Card / Citi Travel Lodge Card / Citi Travel Account.
• An eligible Citi Mastercard Cardmember can make 1 redemption
• User must select Citi Mastercard Credit / Debit Card and select the claimed voucher for the discount to be reflected immediately, prior to placing order.
• User is responsible for checking to ensure that the discount is reflected at the checkout page, prior to placing order. In the event that the discount is not reflected/applied, Shopee will not retrospectively provide/apply the discounts
• Voucher is only applicable to products in the Electronics Category. 
• User must meet the minimum spend criteria of the Promotion: 
• S$35 off min. S$400 spend
• S$70 off min. S$1,000 spend
• Not valid for products listed under “Dining, Travel & Services”, “Miscellaneous” categories and selected items (Stage 1 & 2 Milk Formulas and Grab Vouchers)
• Not valid for products from Shopee’s paid ads store and selected resellers

• Citi Cardmember may contact support@shopee.sg in the event of any disputes regarding the Promotion.
• Citibank, Mastercard and Shopee reserve the right at each of its absolute discretion to vary, delete or add to any of these terms and conditions at any time without notice including without limitation, the eligibility of any customer and the dates of the promotion.
