Terms and conditions

• Promotion period is from 1 July to 31 August 2026 (both days inclusive), while stocks last.
• To be eligible for the Promotion, a Citi Cardmember has to charge a minimum nett spend of S$150 ("Qualifying Spend") at Sheng Siong Online (“Sheng Siong”) to his/her Citi Card to receive S$8 off during the promotion period.
• Promotion is only applicable online, limited to 1 redemption per customer.
• Offer is not valid for bulk purchases or any purchase of tobacco products, alcohol products, infant milk powders (Stage 1 & 2), medicinal products and devices and vouchers.
• Payment must be charged using Citi Credit Card or Citibank Debit Card.
• Citibank is not a supplier of the product/service purchased and will not accept any liability in relation thereto.
• Citibank and Sheng Siong’s decision on all matters relating to the Promotion will be determined at its reasonable discretion and is final and binding on all participants.
• Citibank shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or the fitness for any purpose or any other aspect of the products and/or services provided by third parties and Citibank shall not at any time be responsible or held liable for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered by or in connection with the products and/or services provided by third parties. All disputes about quality or performance of the products and/or services shall be resolved directly with Sheng Siong.
• Citibank and Sheng Siong reserve the right, at their reasonable discretion, to vary, add to or delete the Promotion terms and/or terminate the Promotion at any time.
• "Citibank" refers to Citibank Singapore Limited and "Sheng Siong” refers to Sheng Siong Supermarket Pte Ltd.
