Terms and conditions

•  Promotion period is from 1 July 2026 to 31 Aug 2026 (both days inclusive)
•  Payment must be charge using Citi Card
•  Promotion is valid at XTRA online and XTRA Showroom.
•  Promotion is in Singapore currency and is not exchangeable for cash or refundable
•  Promotion is applicable to full payment transactions for indent and ex-stocks and not valid for instalment payments
•  Promotion cannot be stacked or combined with other ongoing promotions unless otherwise stated
•  Promotion is not valid for consignment, kitchen and wardrobe day and night systems, fees, staircase fees, customization charges and delivery related
• services.
•  Promotion is applicable for regular priced items, new collections, Great Singapore Sale (GSS), Mid-Year Sale and Year-End Sale
•  Promotion is not applicable to existing promotions, Black Friday Sale and Clearance Sale
•  In the event of any refund (in part or full) or cancelled transactions, Citibank and/or XTRA has the right to cancel the “promotion” offered.
•  Citibank is not a supplier of the product/service purchased and will not accept any liability in relation thereto.
•  Citibank’s decision on all matters relating to the Promotion will be determined at its reasonable discretion and is final and binding on all participants.
•  Citibank/XTRA shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or the fitness for any purpose or any other aspect of the products and/or services
• provided by third parties and Citibank shall not at any time be responsible or held liable for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered by or in connection
• with the products and/or services provided by third parties.
•  All disputes about quality or performance of the products and/or services shall be resolved directly with XTRA
•  XTRA T&Cs apply
•  Citibank and XTRA reserves the right, at their reasonable discretion, to vary, add to or delete the Promotion terms and/or terminate the Promotion at any
• time.
•  Citibank and XTRA Designs Pte Ltd reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice.
•  “Citibank” refers to Citibank Singapore Limited and “XTRA” refers to XTRA Designs Pte. Ltd.
