Terms and conditions

• *Applicable for Citi ULTIMA, Citi Prestige, Citigold Debit Mastercard and Citigold Private Client World Elite Debit Mastercard
• Promotion period is from 1 July 2026 to 30 June 2027 (both days inclusive), unless otherwise stated.
• Payment must be made with a Citi Credit Card or Citibank Debit Card.
• Promotion not eligible for Purchasing Card / Citi Travel Lodge Card / Citi Travel Account.
• This Promotion is not refundable or exchangeable for cash or other reward items from Citibank.
• Citibank's decision on all matters relating to the Promotion will be determined in its reasonable discretion and is final and binding on all participants.
• Citibank shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or the fitness for any purpose or any other aspect of the products and/or services provided by third parties.
• Citibank shall not at any time be responsible or held liable for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered by or in connection with the products and/or services provided by third parties. All disputes about quality or performance of the products and/or services shall be resolved directly with Flo Aroma.
• Citibank and Flo Aroma reserve the right, at their reasonable discretion, to vary, add to or delete the Promotion terms and/or terminate the Promotion at any time.
• "Citibank" refers to Citibank Singapore Limited and “Flo Aroma" refers to Life Elements Enterprise Pte Ltd.
