Terms and conditions

• The Promotion shall run from 8 September 2026 2000 hrs to 11 September 2026 2359 hrs
• Validity Period: Vouchers are valid only during the Promotion Period. 
• Availability: Vouchers are limited in quantity and subject to availability. 
• Redemptions: Each customer may only redeem one (1) Voucher. Redemption of the voucher is on a first-come-first-serve basis and subject to availability. Each voucher is for single use only. 
• Spend Criteria: Customer must meet the minimum spend criteria of the Voucher: o S$5 off with min. spend S$80 o S$20 off with min. spend of S$249 
• Payment must be charged using Citi Mastercard Credit Card or Citibank Mastercard Debit Card. 
• Promotion not eligible for Purchasing Card / Citi Travel Lodge Card / Citi Travel Account. 
• Customers may only use their Citi Mastercard applicable purchases and orders made on the Singapore Lazada mobile application (iOS or Android) or website to enjoy the Promotion. 
• Customers may only collect the promotional vouchers (“Vouchers”) from Lazada’s mobile application (iOS or Android) or website. 
• Collected Vouchers will be automatically applied only at the checkout payment page when a participating card is used by the customer. 
• Vouchers are applicable only for Lazada purchases or orders. 
• Vouchers are not applicable for delivery or shipping charges, or over the phone purchases. 
• Vouchers may not be used together with other bank promotions, offers, vouchers, rebates or privileges except for free shipping, sellers’ vouchers and Lazada platform vouchers. 
• Vouchers may not be used on the following products: Digital goods*; jewellery/ gold. *Vouchers may be used for selected digital goods at Lazada’s sole discretion at any time 
• All other Lazada terms and conditions shall apply. 
• Citibank, Mastercard and Lazada’s decision on all matters relating to the Promotion will be final and binding on all participants. No correspondence or appeal shall be entertained by Citibank, Mastercard and Lazada. In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any brochure, marketing or promotional material relating to the Promotion, these terms and conditions shall prevail. 
• Citibank and Mastercard shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or fitness for any purpose or any other aspect of the Promotion or any product/service relating to the Promotion. Notwithstanding anything herein, Citibank and Mastercard shall not at any time be responsible or held liable for any defect or malfunction in any product or the deficiency in any service provided, and/or any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered or incurred by or in connection with the use of the Promotion, or any product/service relating to the Promotion, by any person. All disputes about the quality or performance of the products and/or services shall be resolved directly with Lazada. 
• Citibank, Mastercard and Lazada reserve the right at their absolute discretion to terminate the Promotion or vary, delete or add to the Promotion, or amend any of these terms and conditions, at any time without notice including without limitation, the dates of the Promotion. 
• “Citibank” refers to Citibank Singapore Limited, “Mastercard” refers to “Mastercard Asia/Pacific Pte Ltd” and "Lazada" refers to Lazada Singapore Pte. Ltd.
