Terms and conditions

• Offer is valid from 20:00 (SGT) 24 September 2026 and expires at 23:59 (SGT) 27th September 2026, or when fully redeemed, whichever is earlier.
• Payment must be charged using Citi Credit / Debit Card.
• Promotion not eligible for Purchasing Card / Citi Travel Lodge Card / Citi Travel Account.
• User must select Citi Credit / Debit Card and select the claimed voucher for the discount to be reflected immediately, prior to placing order.
• User can collect the voucher on selected Shopee microsites: https://shopee.sg/m/banks-shiok
• Promotion is not valid for products from Shopee paid ads store, the “Miscellaneous” and “Dining, Travel & Services” category, selected resellers, seller store pick up, web purchase & selected items (Stage 1 & 2 Milk Formulas and Grab Vouchers).
• An eligible Citi Cardmember may only make 1 redemption per offer.
• User must meet the minimum spend criteria of the voucher: 

S$12 off with min. S$100 spend
S$25 off with min. S$200 spend
S$45 off with min. S$350 spend

• Citibank and Shopee's decision on all matters relating to the Promotion will be determined at its sole discretion and is final and binding on all participants.

All disputes about quality or performance of the products and/or services shall be directed to the supplier of such products and/or services.
