Terms and conditions

• Promotion is valid from 1 September 2026 to 31 August 2027
• Payment must be charged using Citi Credit Card or Citibank Debit Card.
• Offer is applicable for selected hotels on Rakuten Travel. 
• The New User Coupon comes with a maximum discount value of S$50, with 1 redemption per user.
• The Existing User Coupon comes with a maximum discount value of S$30, limited to 3 (three) redemptions per user.
• User accounts who are new to Rakuten Travel can redeem both the New User and Existing User coupon.
• This Coupon may be used until 11:59 p.m. SGT, 31 August 2027 (""Campaign Period"").
• This Coupon is applicable to Rakuten Travel Global bookings whose check-out date falls on or before 31 March 2028
• This Coupon is available on a limited, first-come, first-served basis, and will end once the entire budget is consumed.
• This coupon is only valid for users with a Rakuten membership, which is free to sign-up.
• To claim and use the coupon users must book either through logging into the Rakuten Travel Singapore website (travel.rakuten.com/sgp) or the Rakuten Travel Singapore mobile app, and checkout with Singapore Dollar.
• This Coupon cannot be combined with the Welcome Coupon.
• The Coupons have no cash value, are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and will not be reissued, refunded or replaced if the booking is cancelled, modified, refunded, no-show, or otherwise not completed, unless otherwise determined by Rakuten Travel.
• Price will vary by date, length of stay, accommodations selected, availabilities of rooms, etc., and the displayed price is subject to change at any time. Please confirm the latest price when making a booking.
• All information, including personal information, submitted or known to Rakuten Travel and/or its affiliates and partners in connection with this Campaign will only be used in accordance with Rakuten Travel’s Privacy Policy (https://travel.rakuten.com/contents/sgp/en-us/information/terms/privacy/).
• Citibank's and Rakuten Travel’s decision on all matters relating to the promotion will be determined at its reasonable discretion and is final and binding on all participants.
• Citibank shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or the fitness for any purpose or any other aspect of the products and/or services provided by third parties and Citibank shall not at any time be responsible or held liable for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered by or in connection with the Promotion provided by third parties. All disputes about quality or performance of the product and/or services shall be resolved directly with Rakuten Travel.
• Citibank and Rakuten Travel reserve the right, at their reasonable discretion, to vary, add to or delete the Promotion terms and/or terminate the Promotion at any time and without having to give prior notice.
• "Citibank" refers to Citibank Singapore Limited and " Rakuten Travel " refers to Rakuten Travel Singapore Pte. Ltd.
